Enjoy dining al fresco as you sip your favourite beverage in One Love’s comfortable cockpit. Chef Deb will delight you with her tasty creative meals while you sit back, listen to your choice of music and unwind in the relaxed atmosphere. Using fresh ingredients that can be found in the Islands, Chef Deb creates flavorful and healthy meals. Each menu is designed to your personal tastes and she will do her best to accommodate all dietary needs.
The following is but a sampling of the delicious food and drink that is served on One Love. Our menu is updated and refined to serve our guests’ tastes and to accommodate special diet restrictions.



All breakfasts are served with freshly brewed coffee, an assortment of teas, seasonal fruit and chilled fruit juices!

  • Almond/banana French toast with 100% pure maple syrup and fresh berries
  • Eggs Benedict with Caribbean Hollandaise sauce
  • Spring vegetable frittatas with freshly baked croissants
  • Specialty One Love Pina Colada banana pancakes with 100% pure maple syrup and crispy bacon strips
  • Huevos Rancheros served with hash browns, tomato salsa and homemade refried beans
  • Freshly baked muffins with honey butter and tropical smoothies



Soft drinks, cold beer, your favorite cocktail or a glass of wine will be available to enjoy with your meal.

  • Caribbean cheesesteak stuffed peppers with horseradish & dijon aioli served with cranberry feta spinach salad
  • Marinated shrimp garden salad with mandarin oranges, nuts and fresh ginger-lime dressing
  • Traditional Trinidadian chicken curry wrapped in wontons served with mango chutney, accompanied by a mixed salad
  • Curried coconut chicken salad in pineapple rings, served with mixed greens and mango chutney
  • Mahi mahi tacos with a chipotle cream sauce and Mexican-style slaw
  • Homemade crab cakes with garden fresh herbs, served with mango, carrot and green onion tossed in a lemon vinaigrette



Captain Bob will prepare a daily sundowner cocktail to enjoy with your appetizers while you unwind. A selection of drinks of your choice will also be available.

  • Homemade guacamole, homemade tomato salsa and corn chips
  • Cheese fondue with assorted fruit for dipping
  • Baked jalapeño peppers stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon
  • Buffalo chicken dip served with assorted crackers and veggies
  • Crab & avocado canapés
  • Baked Buffalo shrimp wonton cups

  • Sesame ginger salmon served with coconut rice and orange scented broccoli
  • Grilled beef & plantain kebabs served over crushed potatoes, garden salad
  • Vegetable stir-fry with spicy chipotle grilled shrimp, egg rolls and soy sesame dipping sauce
