Maho and Francis Bay are incredibly beautiful anchorages on the NE corner of St John and are less than an hour’s sail from your arrival onboard. Well protected and calm, the water is crystal clear and 82 degrees. Turtles live here and this is where we will put out the 8 person floating Party Island and serve your favorite drinks while you listen to your favorite choice of music.
We’ll then depart for Christmas Cove, Great St. James Island on a downwind sail. You may choose to enjoy this time on our large bow trampoline in a comfortable chaise lounger. Taking in the sun, the wind and listening to the water rush by as SY One Love glides by the emerald jewel of St John. Or if you’re interested, you can join Captain Michael at the helm to sail for some sailing lesions. It’s a grand experience! And we always take lots of pictures to record the experience.
At Christmas Cove we’ll offer high speed tubing behind our powerful tender. Hang on tight! You wont be able to stop smiling from ear to ear!
Our goal is to provide a 5 STAR experience for you that will create memories that will last a lifetime!
Captain Michael
Michael grew up on a large working cattle ranch in Nebraska where he learned to pilot airplanes at age 14. After a career in aviation and real estate he began sailing catamarans in the Caribbean in 2008, buying SY One Love in 2013. He loves to share the yacht helm with guests and allow them to experience sailing the boat themselves.
Captain Julie
Julie is a professional Realtor in both Colorado and Florida, and has been selling homes for the past 14 years. Sailing had always been a passion of hers. Both Julie and Michael became US Coast Guard Captains and decided to make sailing their lifestyle. For the past 5 years they have been encouraging others to come aboard and share their wonderful experiences. Julie also has two grown children, ages 28 and 20, and a beautiful granddaughter Lilly, age 5, who dreams of taking up sailing with her Grandma one day.
Willie
Willie is the boat cat on One Love Catamaran. He’s a super cute orange Maine Coon who loves to sail! You can check out Willie’s Facebook page to see all of his wonderful adventures. Want join him on and adventure? He would love to have you aboard!
We had an unforgettable experience on One Love! Michael and Julie are very welcoming, gracious and over accommodating to make sure we had an amazing adventure. They are knowledgeable about sailing, the islands, the best areas to snorkel, places to party or just relax. The food Michael and Julie prepared was delicious and well planned out. So much attention to detail in every aspect!
Only wish we could have sailed with Willie the Cat.
We will plan to return soon.

I spent a week with Julie and Michael aboard One Love touring the US and British Virgin Islands. The islands, the sailing and the boat were great, but the hospitality provided from Julie and Micheal was unparalleled! We had fun with them every day. They provisioned the boat with great food and drink and they prepared excellent meals. The boat sailed well and was very comfortable. Michael knew all the fun places to visit in the islands which made the trip a blast. It was like an all-inclusive vacation, but the beauty of it was that we were in a different anchorage every day. Julie, Michael and One Love delivered a relaxing and adventurous island getaway.

If you love beautiful warm clear water and cruising through it in the lap of luxury, a vacation on the One Love is for you! We spent six thoroughly relaxing days gliding through the beautiful Caribbean Islands, with perfect weather and not a care in the world. Every day was a new setting in paradise, as we cruised from one beautiful beach to the next. With the water so inviting, and a whole different universe just below us, every stop my first move was diving off the boat in mask and fins to explore. Afterwards, relaxing on deck with drinks, sunsets, and delicious creations from One Love’s galley. Captain Michael and Julie make the One Love the fabulous vacation that it is, with the perfect amount of service to their guests. Starting with in depth queries of their guests preferences and interests. Michael and Julie come up with uniquely personal itineraries and menus to make the guests vacation absolutely perfect! They are thoughtful and friendly guides throughout the entire wonderful adventure. One Love – very highly recommended.
